WINNY’s managed by Santhan Alva, who has been in this field for over 25 years, he started his career in the field of Catering and worked for the reputed company Bombay Touche Sizzlers, in Bombay, he also worked for the well known Oberoi Hotel of Mumbai and moved on to the famous Caeser’s group in Kuwait where he worked from 1975 – 1988 gaining good experience and expertise in the trade. In Dubai he managed the Ginny’s group and later with Pumpy’s which was synonymous with Santhan. Such was his association that people built the name of repute only based on the goodwill of Santhan.
